The Green is available for a minimum of three nights to sleep 6 in three beds.

High Season is Easter, July and August. £149.00/night.

If you are looking for Christmas and New Year dates, please send a request for rates!!

Low Season is any other time though we may not let the property when the weather can be bad. You may be able to arrive but you may not be able to leave.... £135.00/night.

Reserving and paying.

Payments by cash, bacs and paypal. All bookings will have a refundable deposit of £200.00 added.
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the booking total is required to confirm any reservation. The balance must be paid no later than one month before arrival date.
Full booking balance can be paid on or before arrival for late bookings
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
